I always go to the Aagrah in Garforth for special occasions as it is a special place. It has a lovely atmosphere and is really nicely decorated in an authentic Indian style.
For my husband's 40th birthday I arranged a surprise meal with lots of friends and beforehand made a cake in the shape of a rocket as my husband likes Elton John and we called the cake Rocket Man. We took it to the Aagrah on the morning of the day of the meal and the waiters let us in specially and were really nice, jokingly saying that they thought the cake was a turkey!
In the evening, the food was really delicious and everybody enjoyed it. The waiters again were great and put a sparkler in the end of the rocket cake and took photos of us all.
We had a great time and it was a night to remember.
I have also been back for anniversaries and birthdays and it has never let me down. -

A family favourite. Top quality Indian food, Excellent Service and Nice Manager. Prices are reasonable and equal to quality of food.
Chicken Achar and Chicken Tikka Balti are staple favourites. The buffet is worth a squirt, too. -

I dine here very infrequantly but every time I do I really enjoy myself. The food is wonderful and the service is exceptional.
On our last visit we arrived at about 8pm on a saturday without a reservation. We expected to wait for about half hour for a seat. It was very busy but they still managed to seat us instantly.
The food was gorgeous and plentyful, the bill was small lol. There were four of us and with starters, drinks and mains it came to about £80 which I think is very good value for money. -

This place has an excellent reputation with the locals for great authentic curries which are tasty and well cooked and very reasonably priced.
It is somewhere you feel instantly comfortable in and can really enjoy your meal.
The staff are friendly and attentive and quite happy to give recommendations for those of us who are not as familiar with spicy food.
The few times I have been it has always been busy so its best to book. -
